All About The Burt Lake Area

Burt Lake is located in Cheboygan County, Michigan and is considered the 4th biggest lake in the state, named after William Austin Burt. The lake is 10 miles long and is over 70 feet deep in the lowest area. Other connecting lakes are Maple River, Crooked Lake, Sturgeon River, Pickerel Lake, Crooked River, Indian River, Cheboygan River, Mullet Lake, and into Lake Huron.
